About Online PC Support

Founded in 2005, Online PC Support is a UK-based managed IT services provider supporting small and medium-sized businesses through reliable, secure and practical technology solutions delivered entirely online.

We work as a trusted IT partner for organisations that depend on technology to operate efficiently. Our services are designed to reduce downtime, improve security and remove the complexity that often comes with managing business IT systems.

We keep things simple. Technology you can rely on, support that is there when you need it, and solutions that fit your business.

 What We Do

We provide fully managed IT services and professional online support for modern business environments.

Our services include managed IT support and maintenance, Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions, cybersecurity and data protection, network and system design, and secure remote support and monitoring.

Everything we deliver is built around reliability, security and long-term sustainability rather than short-term fixes.

 How We Work

Effective IT support starts with understanding how your business operates.

Instead of offering one-size-fits-all packages, we assess your systems, risks and objectives. This allows us to design solutions that align with your operational needs, compliance requirements and budget.

Our focus is on being proactive by identifying and resolving issues before they affect your business. We are responsive, providing fast and clear online support when it is needed. We are transparent in our advice and pricing, and we take full ownership of the systems we manage.

 Experience You Can Rely On

With over 30 years of combined industry experience, our team has supported businesses across a wide range of sectors and technical environments.

We have seen technology evolve and understand the importance of stability, security and continuity in business-critical systems. This experience allows us to deliver solutions that are proven, well designed and resilient.

We focus on what works reliably in real-world business environments rather than chasing trends.

 Security and Reliability First

Security is built into everything we do.

From endpoint protection and secure remote access to backup strategies and business continuity planning, we help businesses reduce exposure to cyber threats and operational risk.

Our aim is to ensure your systems are protected against modern security threats, actively monitored and maintained, and recoverable in the event of a failure or incident.

 A Long-Term IT Partner

We aim to build long-term relationships with our clients rather than offering purely transactional support.

By working closely with your business over time, we can anticipate future requirements, plan improvements and support growth without unnecessary disruption.

Whether you need dependable day-to-day online IT support or a trusted partner to help guide your technology decisions, we are here to help.

The role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working closely with different organisations - rather than supporting a single internal environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical support to users across multiple client environments
  • Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues
  • Supporting Microsoft 365, email platforms, cloud services, and desktop environments
  • Carrying out routine IT maintenance and system health checks
  • Assisting with IT projects, upgrades, and new deployments
  • Delivering high-quality remote support to business users
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with users and colleagues
Who This Role Is Suited To
This position is particularly well suited to someone who:
  • Is currently (or recently) working in an in-house / internal IT support role
  • Has supported users within a business environment
  • Is looking to expand their experience by supporting multiple organisations
  • Enjoys learning new technologies and working across different systems
  • Wants to develop a long-term career within a managed IT services company

Previous MSP experience is not required for this role.

Skills & Experience
  • Experience providing IT support within a business environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, desktops, and user applications
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and business IT systems
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Comfortable working in an office-based support environment
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary (£24k–£30k depending on experience)
  • Exposure to a wide range of technologies and real-world business environments
  • Supportive, experienced team with a strong focus on quality and professionalism
  • Opportunities to grow into more advanced technical and client-facing roles
  • A stable, well-established IT services business with a strong local reputation
Why Join Online PC Support?

At Online PC Support, we focus on delivering well-designed, fully managed IT solutions rather than quick fixes or call-centre support. Our team takes pride in doing things properly - from security and system design through to day-to-day support.

If you’re looking to move beyond a single internal IT environment and develop your career within a professional, growing MSP, we’d love to hear from you.
